Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, for any reason, simply return the product in its original packaging. We request that all return processes be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
